Ready to take your cooking skills to the next level? Our half day workshops are are the perfect opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a specific area of cookery.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a more experienced cook, the half day workshops are designed to really hone in a specific skill.

The class kicks off with a warm welcome, where you’ll meet your fellow students, your expert tutor, and get an overview of how the course will unfold.

What’s on the menu? Seafood workshop.

A seafood workshop is great to really learn how to comfortably understand how to prepare 2 different species. One of which will be fish and another will be either shellfish or cephalopod. Giving you as much as possible from the workshop. Species will be dependent on the season and what is available on the day.

This hands-on class has a small group size, with a student-to-teacher ratio of just 8:1, so you’ll get plenty of one-on-one guidance and personalized attention throughout the day.

Everything you need to enjoy the day will be provided—including ingredients, tools, and aprons. Plus, you can take home any delicious leftovers to continue the culinary experience later.
